All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
All orders placed after 2pm on a working day, or anytime on a non-working day, will be dispatched the following working day.
We do not process orders over the weekend. Any orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday. Click and collect is not guaranteed at weekends. We advise all customers to await an email confirming your items are ready for collection before travelling to the store.
*Any orders for club shop items, or orders that include bespoke print and embroidery may take up to three weeks from the order being placed. Express delivery does not apply to these items.
Returns
You may return any unwanted products within 30 days of the purchase date. Unwanted goods returned to us later than 30 days after receiving them will not be refunded. We do not refund postage costs for unwanted products.
Returned goods must be in an unused/unworn condition, with the original packaging and with the delivery note as proof of purchase. Please include your reason for return on the delivery note.
Personalised items such as printed football kits or embroidered club items cannot be refund/exchanged unless the item is faulty.
If you feel that the goods you have purchased online have a manufacturing fault you can return them to us for inspection. If in our opinion there is a manufacturing fault we will replace the goods (subject to availability) or refund them. They must be returned within with the original packaging and web receipt as proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@johnhenrysports.com and send your item to:
